MANAGEMENT |
This course
is designed as an introduction for students who wish to develop
their knowledge and skills relating to Facilities Management
. It may also be of benefit to students who have a working knowledge
of the subject and wish to broaden that knowledge and apply
the principles to the test
The course reading consist of lesson material and an excellent
reference book with ten lessons as follows;

3 - Maintenance and Feedback
4 - Operational Services and Benchmarking
5 - Assets and Life Cycle Costing
6 - Systems and Software
7 - Services
8 - Allied Activities
9 - Health and Safety
10 - The Property Portfolio
On completion of the course the student should have a broad
knowledge of the various principles of the subject and be
able to illustrate the benefits of ‘ Facilities Management’
generally i.e. within most service environments. The student
will receive a Premier School of Building ‘ Diploma
‘ on satisfactory completion of the course.
The course may be commenced at any time and should be completed
within 3 months (i.e. 80 hours of study) depending upon the
students previous knowledge of the subject
