Regulations Introduction
This course is designed as an introduction for students
who wish to develop their competence and skills relating
to the understanding of Building Regulations and also
could benefit students who have a working
knowledge of the subject and wish to broaden their
knowledge.
The course reading consists of a course manual and
an excellent reference book with twelve lessons as
follows;

On completion of the course the student should have
a broad knowledge of the use of Building Regulations
and be familiar with Approved Documents also be able
to demonstrate how and why it is necessary to have
such regulations in place and will receive a Premier
School of Building ‘Diploma’
The course may be commenced at any time and should
be completed within 3 months (i.e.80 hours of study)
depending upon the students previous knowledge of the
subject.
