To assist students in their choice of courses we have indicated the level of each diploma.
* - Introduction, ** - Intermediate, *** - Advanced

The three levels indicated above are the three differing levels of competence which PSB consider students should appreciate prior to selecting a course. On completion the student will be awarded a Premier School of Building ‘ Diploma ‘ covering the appropriate subject area.

Each of the above courses will take approximately three months to complete based upon the student studying 6/8 hours per week but this will vary depending upon the students previous knowledge of the subject before commencement of the course. PSB combined diplomas are based on the above modules and many mature students commence with a single subject module and work through to the advanced level of study.

A Premier School of Building "Diploma" will be awarded on completion of a Diploma course, stating the level of the course completed i.e. Diploma in Quantity Surveying 1st Year.
